Our process

1. DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE

   We’ll set up a chat, usually via Google Hangouts, and we’ll assess your vision for your project. Assuming we’re a good match, I’ll send over a design questionnaire that will give us a better sense of your style/preferences and we’ll go from there.

2. PROJECT PREP

   Once we’ve established the project scope, we’ll come up with a timeline and milestones. This will include a 50% deposit, as well as written approval of project scope and a list of project deliverables. Once all that is approved, we’ll move forward with the fun part–design!

3. CONCEPTING & DESIGN

   We offer our clients 2-3 rough design concepts, depending on project scope. Once an initial design is approved, we’ll fine tune it to meet your needs. This will include a fully fleshed-out design with accompanying color breakdowns to ensure brand consistency.

4. REVISIONS & LAUNCH

   We include 2 rounds of minor revisions in the estimate, since we want you to love the design. Once the final design is approved, we will create all relevant assets for the project. Editable files can be purchased with an additional fee. The remaining 50% payment is due upon file delivery. Any work that falls outside of project scope will be billed hourly.
